Shipping policy

 

All our jewelry is attentively handmade.  In-stock items will be shipped within 3 days. For pieces that need to be created we request that you allow 2 to 3 weeks for production and delivery. For custom, one-of-a-kind, and bespoke special orders we ask that you allow a 4 to 6 week production. time. If you would like to request a rush please contact our studio sales@kimberlinbrown.com and we will do our best to oblige.

We offer free insured UPS shipping on all domestic orders. A signature will be required for delivery.

All orders shipped outside the US will incur a $40 shipping fee, we ship internationally with our dependable courier through FedEx. There may be custom fees or taxes which will be an additional charge. Please contact us sales@kimberlinbrown.com with any questions on international orders.
