Refund policy

We stand by the quality of our work and guarantee the pieces with normal wear for one year. Please contact us if you require a repair of an item, we will be happy to help. A fee may be charged for repairs depending on the nature of the damage. Please contact sales@kimberlinbrown.com with your repair request.

If you wish to return an item please get in touch with us at sales@kimberlinbrown.com prior to shipping for return instructions. We do accept returns within 10 days of receipt of the item for a full refund. Shipping costs can not be refunded and the product must be returned in its original condition.
