Shipping

All our jewelry is attentively handmade.  In-stock items will be shipped within 3 days. For pieces that need to be created we request that you allow 2 to 3 weeks for production and delivery. For custom, one-of-a-kind, and bespoke special orders we ask that you allow a 4 to 6 week production. time. If you would like to request a rush please contact our studio sales@kimberlinbrown.com and we will do our best to oblige.

We offer free insured UPS shipping on all domestic orders. A signature will be required for delivery.

All orders shipped outside the US will incur a $40 shipping fee, we ship internationally with our dependable courier through FedEx. There may be custom fees or taxes which will be an additional charge. Please contact us sales@kimberlinbrown.com with any questions on international orders.

Returns and Repairs

We stand by the quality of our work and guarantee the pieces with normal wear for one year. Please contact us if you require a repair of an item, we will be happy to help. A fee may be charged for repairs depending on the nature of the damage. Please contact sales@kimberlinbrown.com with your repair request.

If you wish to return an item please get in touch with me at sales@kimberlinbrown.com prior to shipping for return instructions. We do accept returns within 10 days of receipt of the item for a full refund. Shipping costs can not be refunded and the product must be returned in its original condition.
